The goal of this project was to communicate Public Skills Australia’s strategic direction through a clear, accessible national publication. The development process involved synthesising insights from over 160 policy and research documents, structuring content into a logical narrative, and designing a cohesive visual system including typography, layout and data visualisation. The final deliverable was a 130+ page strategic plan produced within tight timeframes, successfully supporting stakeholder engagement and informing sector-wide decision-making.
